Upon joining Adams Park Security – candidates gain experience by learning first hand from an award winning group of individuals, helping build confidence and a feeling of togetherness.
Adams Park Security employees gain extensive training upon joining the team. All our stewards have achieved at least Level 2 NVQ in crowd management – as well as completing First Aid and customer service training.
On top of the 120 NVQ trained stewards within the team, Adams Park Security includes 50 SIA (Security Industry Authority) licensed door staff and a further 15 SIA trained CCTV operators.
A further 20 team members have completed a City & Guilds course in traffic management – including studying the NRSWA rules regarding signing, lighting and guarding.
