Football League Mystery Shopper
In November 2007 the Football League carried out a ‘mystery shopper exercise' to gage the quality of ‘match day experience' across all three divisions. The initiative was conducted via a family attending a club's home fixture.
Out of 72 Football League clubs, Adams Park Security finished second for both the quality of stewarding and for fan safety.
National Customer Service Award
Adams Park Security won the National Customer Service Award for Leisure and Tourism in September 2008 - fighting off stiff competition from the likes of Manchester United and Butlins.
